Cooley Construction, Inc. is organized into two different operating divisions consisting of Grading and Paving Services. These
divisions complement each other by sharing
resources such as equipment, employees and
knowledge. In so doing, this allows us to
save on labor and equipment costs, and
therefore a savings to our customers.
