This project consisted of applying one coat of GaurdTop Seal Coat to 760,300 sq ft of the main entry road to NextEra Energy, along with a complete restripe of the roadway. The seal coat was applied by spray, which applies the material more evenly.

Clearwater Elementary
​Perris, CA

This project consisted of taking this site from a mass-graded stage to a precisely graded site. We graded for all the onsite and offsite concrete, along with installing 11,000 tons of Class 2 natural base, installing 5,300 tons of asphalt, and applying two coats of GaurdTop seal coat to 158,000 sq ft onsite. We also installed all the onsite and offsite striping and signs.

FedEx Facility Expansion

This project consisted of a 4.5-acre site with 12,600 cubic yards of dirt and 197,000 sq ft of rough and fine grade. We also completed the fine grade for the new 68,700 sq ft overflow parking lot.
