Super Walmart

This project consists of three phases of construction. Phase 1 has 120,000 CY of over-excavation and import of 80,000 CY to build the new Super Walmart. Phase 2 consists of demolishing the existing Walmart store, plus 20,000 CY of site over-excavation and 50,000 CY of export. Phase 3 consists of demolishing the remaining parking lot and 30,000 CY of over-excavation for new retail pads, plus 30,000 CY of export. Along with all the site work, we are reconstructing Main Street.

Tustin Army Reserve Base

This project consists of a 13-acre site with 24,000 CY of building and hardscape over-excavation and 15,000 CY of site cut/fill, and grading for all the site concrete and subgrade. We are also contracted to install the 79,500 sq ft parking lot and striping.

La Floresta Tract

This project consists of a 23-acre site with 94,600 CY of site over-excavation, 22,000 CY of site cut/fill, and 12,000 CY of import, finishing 96 lots and streets. We are also contracted for the installation of the curbs, cross gutters, and paving.
